To delete your account, log in and press the button below. In the app, go to Account, then Delete my account. If you cannot log in, email contact@taskply.com from your registered email or give your registered mobile number, and we will reply within 30 days.

This permanently deletes your TaskPly account. You cannot undo this.

What is deleted: your name, date of birth, address, NIC or ID number, phone number, email, profile, Tasker verification documents, work preferences, support chats and notifications. Your open tasks are cancelled and pending offers are withdrawn.

What is kept: past tasks, payments, commission and audit records needed for accounting, disputes, fraud prevention and legal duties, no longer linked to your personal details.

You must first finish booked work, resolve open disputes and pay any commission you owe.
